Media Release
Read the following carefully; it is a legally binding agreement.
1. Authorization
I, [Full Name], (hereafter, the “Releasor”) hereby grant Revolve Lounge, LLC, its representatives, employees, and agents (hereafter, the “Releasee”) the right to photograph, film, record, and/or otherwise capture my likeness and/or voice in any media format, including but not limited to digital and analog photographs, film and video (with or without sound), audio recordings, and other forms of media and/or art.
2. Usage
I understand that the captured media may be used for various purposes, including but not limited to advertising, artwork, trade, promotional materials, streaming, television, film, and any other works or materials. The media may be edited or manipulated as deemed necessary by Revolve Lounge, LLC.
3. Rights
I acknowledge that Revolve Lounge, LLC will own all rights, titles, and interests in and to the captured media. I agree that Revolve Lounge, LLC has the right to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the captured media in any manner and for any purpose, in perpetuity and without compensation.
4. Release
I hereby release and discharge Revolve Lounge, LLC, its officers, employees, agents, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, and liabilities arising out of or in connection with the use of the captured media, including any claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of rights.
5. No Compensation
I understand that I will not receive any financial compensation for the use of the captured media and that I have no expectation of compensation now or in the future.
6. Consent
I am at least 18 years old and fully understand the terms and conditions of this release. If I am under 18 years of age, my parent or legal guardian has signed below to grant permission on my behalf.
By signing this release, through physical or electronic means, I affirm that I have read this entire agreement, understand it’s contents, and agree to the rights and responsibilities it defies for each party.
